I know what you're thinking. You're thinking, "HOLY COW, that's a LOT of photos." And you are correct. If you really look at all of them, you earn a treat.
Jason was in California during most of the kids' spring break. So we took them on a mini-getaway in Salt Lake City. I was actually pretty bummed about this plan; I had our car all packed to go to Moab, but alas, it was not meant to be. So Salt Lake Marriott it was. And we did have fun. The rest of the week was crammed full of local fun. See for yourself:

The kids don't know the difference between a far away or close vacation, they just like spending time as a family doing fun things & you didn't have to listen to them complaining on the long drive. Sweet vacation!
That is so funny about spring break. Alan wanted to go to Moab so bad, but stupid weather, so we ended up in SLC also and almost ended up at the Marriott, that would have been hilarious ;)
