| Jason and I just got back from an awesome trip to the Big Apple! What an amazing trip. We seriously tried to do it all! Of course we couldn't do everything, so we'll have to go back. I can't wait to take my kids there. This is us on the Empire State Building, which was a really, really cool building. |

| The crown jewel of all the artwork we saw was Starry Night by VanGogh. I have taught many an art class using this painting as the subject. Seeing it in real life was such a treat. It is even more beautiful in person that I could believe. |

| We had cold but clear weather until our very last day when we woke up to snow! (This was our view to the West.) We were very nervous that our flight would be cancelled. But miraculously the snow stopped just long enough for us to get home. |
