Dentistry.

It's so sad when your kid's teeth are really loose but WILL NOT come out on their own, and the new ones have grown in completely behind the baby teeth, thus making him shark boy. And then the dentist assures you he can easily pull them out, but instead has to wrench them out with heavy equipment because the roots are long and still completely attached. And it hurts your boy so so so bad that you want to cry for him. But then the tooth fairy brings him serious cash and everything is better. The end.
